 Our agency was founded
in 1947 by Stephen F. Irmo who started the company originally by
selling life and health products door to door in the Chicagoland area
adding property and liability policies to his portfolio. His product
knowledge, friendliness, patience, and the outstanding personal
service given to his customers earned him trust and respect throughout
the community, and among his peers, many of them who became his
life long friends. Then later as the years passed and the volume of
clients increased and extended to the neighboring suburbs, "pounding
the pavement" as it was termed, was no longer an option and he moved
his office to Evanston.
Today,
62 years later, in keeping with
tradition and still a family owned business headed by Louis A. Irmo,
President, we continue to pride ourselves in offering our customers
the best possible service with reasonable turnaround time for
competitive quotes with individual tailored coverage. Our
knowledgeable staff has a combined insurance experience of over 60
years. We look forward to offering a variety of insurance products
and
services to our customers in the years to come.
